1. Don´t send junk emails.

 

2. Don´t re-send junk, don´t be part of any great gift email chain supposedly from  e IBM, AOL or  Microsoft. That´s never true.

 

3. Don´t use ONLY CAPS, that´s like screaming on someone´s ears and telling them you have to be loud so they understand.

6. If you can erase all addresses receiving copy of a message and only leave  one, so whoever gets it doesn´t get the whole list of email addresses.

 

7. Don´t send gigantic files. Many people don´t have a fast connection and are going to spend a lot of time downloading your message.

 

8. Dont´t be rude or use language you wouldn´t like anyone to use with you, nobody knows where your message will end up.

 

9. Don´t send compromising photographs for anyoney appearing in them.

 

10. Don´t answer or send emails when you´re angry, take your time before answering, you won´t regret it.

 

11. Be polite and write as if you were speaking to someone in front of you.
